Update your information in the Parish Directory.
Have you ever filled out a Parish Information form?  This form lets us know how we can best serve you and the congregation.  It contains data such as contact numbers, birth and baptismal dates, and mailing and email address, it is a great way to make sure St. Paul's is in the loop for you and your family.  If you've never filled one out, the forms are available after the service at coffee hour during until January 22.  If there have been any additions to your family since you filled one out just wrote "update" at the top.  One other way to update the information is to look at your Parish Directory page in the binder in the Parish Hall and make any necessary adjustments.  If all the information is correct, please initial your entry so we know we do not need to follow up.  We'd like to print a new Parish Directory for the Annual Meeting.
Brookline Climate Action Week is This Week
As part of Brookline Climate Action Week, Jim Batchelor will be joining a panel to discuss renewable energy in Brookline.  Come hear him share St. Paul's story of becoming one of the first Episcopal churches in Massachusetts to go solar! The panel is on Sat. 1/28 at 1 pm in Town Hall on the first floor.  For information on Climate Week you can go to: http://climatechangeactionbrookline.org/calendar.php . There are also information posters and flyers on the bulletin board outside the Rector's Office.

Annual Meeting Cupcakes

In preparation for the Annual Meeting being held after church on January 29, we are requesting donations of home decorated cupcakes to be served at the luncheon. If you are willing to make two dozen decorated cupcakes please see Ginny Willcox, Arlene Swan-Mahony or Georgia Smith to confirm. There will be an activity involving these cupcakes during the meeting!

Annual Meeting, Sunday, January 29
Each year, on the Sunday after the feast day of St. Paul, we gather to discuss the business of the parish and share our hopes for our next year together.  The first part of the Annual Meeting takes place within the context of the 10:00 service.  We then adjourn to the Great Hall for lunch and fellowship.  Please plan to join us for this important part of our community life.  Childcare will be provided.  There will be no 8:00 service on this day so everyone can worship together.
Family Day at the Cathedral

Saturday, Feb. 11 will be Family Day (10 a.m.-2 p.m.) at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul (138 Tremont Street) in Boston—a time of celebration and learning for children, youth, parents and educators that marks the beginning of the cathedral church’s 100th anniversary year. Plan to come shake off the midwinter doldrums with a day of interactive fun for all. Family Day is free and no advance registration is required.

Attention all Worship Participants

Time to try something new! The server schedule spreadsheet is now available through the St. Paul’s website by clicking on "Worship" and then "Server Spreadsheet". Please check the spreadsheet for your assigned roles between now and February 26.  Additionally, please sign up for the dates you are able to serve through Lent.   If positions are still open as of February 17, the office will fill in the remaining slots.  After the 17th, if you can’t participate, please find a replacement and let the office know of the change.  Many thanks.  We hope this helps to facilitate the scheduling of all worship participants!.

Save the Date!

The Moveable Feast will be on Saturday, February 4th from 6-10pm.
