Adult Formation during Easter Season

The proclamation, "Christ is risen!" is at the heart of our faith - it was the experience of Jesus as the risen Lord that changed the lives of the disciples and propelled them to proclaim this good news. What does it mean to affirm that Jesus is risen? What does the Anglican tradition teach about the Resurrection? What does it mean to us and how does it change our lives? Join us at 9 am on these five Sundays in Easter to explore these questions and more.

The Kindness Campaign

I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything,
but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.

Mission Sunday
Boston's Walk For Hunger: Sunday, May 6

Mission Sundays are an opportunity for anyone and everyone at St Paul's to work together to address a need in the local community.  Save the date for our next Mission Sunday, which is the Walk for Hunger.  This year's Walk for Hunger is Project Bread's 50th anniversary of this walk, which raises money to help those who need food in Massachusetts.  For more information on the walk and Project Bread, click on this link.  Our fundraising goal this year is $3000 and our goal is to have a team of at least 10 people participating.  Participation can be one of the following: running the 5k at 7am, walking from the start line at 8am to church for the 10am service, or walking from the start line at 8am and ending at the finish line 20 miles later.  If you would like to participate, sign up on the website with team "St. Paul's Church, Brookline" .  For help, call or email Melissa Dulla at 650-743-6745 or  This email address is being protected from spambots. Help Create Peaceful Communities
Mother's Day Walk for Peace: Sunday, May 13

There have been many good reasons to march, walk, and run in greater Boston lately!  In just a few weeks, on Sunday, May 13, we can devote our walking energy to creating more peaceful communities. The 22nd Annual Mother's Day Walk for Peace is sponsored by the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, an organization that offers support to the families of victims of violence in greater Boston. For several years, St. Paul's has joined thousands of other walkers to be a witness for peace and nonviolence. You can support this important effort in two ways: join the walk or sponsor the St. Paul's walkers by visiting our team page:  https://lbdpeace.z2systems.com/stpaul

The walk begins at 8:30 am in Town Field Park, in Dorchester, and ends at Boston City Hall (6.8 miles). You can also register to walk a shorter route that begins at 9:45 a.m. (estimated to join the walkers) at Madison Park High School in Roxbury (3 miles). For more information about the Walk and the Peace Institute, visit the web site: http://www.mothersdaywalk4peace.org

If you have questions, feel free to speak to or email Molly Lanzarotta or Kate Kelley.
