Home About St. Paul's Gift Basket Sunday

Gift Basket Sunday

Do you have nice, unused items cluttering up the house?  Baskets piled in the attic?  Random do-dads you don't know what to do with?  Then bring them to church between now and Sunday, April 26th to spin them into gold.  Or at least turn into a gift basket to sell at the Auction!

In the spirit of the loaves and fishes we will be holding our first annual Gift Basket Sunday on April 26th.  After the service we will gather ourselves and our various gift basket components to compile and sell at the auction.  Think pot-luck.  Or Yankee Swap.  What a great way to recycle!

To donate:  Bring one item or 20 between now and April 26th

To compile:  Take two or more items to package in a donated basket or other container.  Make the basket at church on the 26th or at home.  All gift baskets must be received no later than May 3rd in order to be included in the Auction.

Here are some gift basket possibilities to get you thinking.  Do you have anything that might fit nicely in one of these categories?
