What is Realm?
Realm is a secure online tool for members of St. Paul’s. Realm has many features that include:
Online parish photo directory
View and join groups at St. Paul's
Communication tool to be in touch with other group/ministry members
View your giving history and pledge status
How can I get an invitation to join Realm?
If you have not yet received an invitation, please be in touch with our Parish Administrator, at office@stpaulsbrookline.org, a vestry member, a member of clergy, or a group leader. You will then be asked to sign a user agreement* (see below) and then you will receive an invitation in your email!
My giving information? Is Realm secure?
Yes. Realm uses bank level, 128 bit encryption. Realm is a part of ACS Technologies, which is the largest provider of church database software.
Who can see my information?
Only members of St. Paul’s who have been invited to join may log in. Once you are invited and login, you may choose your own privacy settings that you are comfortable with. Your giving information is only visible to you and our finance administrator.
How do I update my information? How do I edit my privacy settings?
Please, please, please keep your information up to date! To change your information and privacy settings, login, click “Info” and click the blue “edit profile” icon. You will see a grey lock symbol at the end of each editable field. Please click this symbol to change your privacy settings. When you are finished, click “save” at the bottom of the page.
How do I view my giving information?
You may check your giving statement at any time by logging into Realm, clicking “giving” on the left hand side, and then clicking the blue box on the right hand side that says “Contribution Statement.” You may also email our Finance Administrator at finance@stpaulsbrookline.org to request your giving statement.
What if I forget my password?
Go to St. Paul’s Realm page. Click the blue: forget your password? This link will take you through a process of creating a new password. Your user name is the email you used to create the account. Stuck? Email office@stpaulsbrookline.org
What if I still have questions?
Call or email our Parish Administrator, office@stpaulsbrookline.org or 617-566-4953. She can walk you through whatever you are having difficulty with. You may also click here to go to the official Realm online help page to find all the information you could imagine and more!

As a member/friend of St. Paul’s Brookline, I understand that the personal contact information contained in St. Paul’s Realm is to be maintained as private and confidential. I understand that as a member of the community, I am also responsible for keeping the online environment safe. Toward that end, by logging into St. Paul’s Realm, I agree to the following:
The username and password issued to me is for my personal use only.
I will not share the username and/or password with any other individual.
I will not use contact information from St. Paul’s Realm for any commercial purposes, to engage in illegal, immoral, fraudulent or malicious conduct, or to annoy or harass persons listed.
If I see inappropriate or questionable use of the Online Parish Photo Directory, I will contact the rector or a member of the vestry.
The rector, church staff and vestry hold the right to revoke the privilege of accessing St. Paul’s Realm.
